Exchanges

  1. Contact service@zoolapet.com within 15 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

  2. All items are subject to inspection and must be returned in new condition.

  3. Once your return is received and approved, your exchange item will be shipped.

 

Returns & Refunds

  1. Contact service@zoolapet.com within 15 days of delivery to request a return.

  2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-quality related returns.

  3. All items must be in original, unused condition, without any pet contact.

  4. Opened products can only be accepted if there is a quality issue.
