Shipping Fees

Free shipping on orders over $80. For orders less than $80, standard shipping fee will be $25. If you need premium shipping service, please contact us at service@zoolapet.com for more details. 

Shipping Times

Once shipped, we will provide tracking updates for the package through email.

**Unfortunately we cannot ship to the following locations: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.

Shipping Carrier

We leverage a network of trusted carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others, to ensure your delivery arrives efficiently and on time. We select the best option based on your specific needs.

Tracking

All orders are processed within 48 hours.

Tracking numbers are updated within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your package has been shipped.

Shipping time may vary due to product availability. ZOOLA reserves the right to cancel any orders due to stock issues, in which case customers will be contacted. 

Please note that any taxes and customs fees in regard to your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Details

Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% correct before placing the order. ZOOLA is not responsible if incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at checkout. We will not process any refunds in such cases.

ZOOLA is responsible for delivering items to the shipping address provided at checkout. We are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by your local postal service. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us ensure a secure and reliable delivery experience.

If you've made a mistake with the shipping address or want to change/cancel an order, please email service@zoolapet.com within 2 hours and provide the order # and details. Once we begin processing your order, we can no longer accept changes or cancellations.

Packages may take longer to arrive during the holiday busy season, depending on local postal office capacity. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.

Taxes & Duties

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If your order requires these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. If a package is refused, the customer will be refunded (less shipping) after it has been successfully delivered back to our warehouse.
